Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Free shipping for orders €55.00 and above

• Standard shipping: €6.99

• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

ShotForm Lab is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, contact us at sirevix@gmail.com and we will assist you in opening a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sirevix@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can evaluate the issue.
